**Myrtle Beach City Government Honors Kelley Huggins as First in Service Friday Employee of the Week**
Myrtle Beach, SC – The City of Myrtle Beach has recognized Kelley Huggins as this week's First in Service Friday employee of the week. Huggins has been a dedicated member of the Capital Projects Department for 12 years, beginning his career in 2012 as a pump station electrician in the Public Works Department.
Kelley Huggins currently serves as a Facility Services Manager in the Capital Projects Division, where he focuses on maintaining city buildings and ensuring their functionality. He is a native of the Aynor region and has expressed enthusiasm for his job, highlighting the camaraderie he shares with his team.
Kelley’s nomination for the First in Service Friday award emphasizes his exceptional commitment to his role and the city. His reliability is noted as a key strength, with colleagues citing his readiness to address both minor and major issues promptly and effectively. He often goes beyond the call of duty, responding to emergencies even after regular working hours.
