The Ocean City Maryland Beach Patrol has reported that there are "no issues with visibility." Similarly, the Virginia Beach Beach Patrol stated, "We have no issues with blocking views."

In Myrtle Beach, discussions are ongoing regarding visibility and related matters. A City Council workshop was held on Tuesday, November 5, at 9:00 a.m., and was streamed live on the city’s YouTube channel, MyrtleBeachCityGov. The agenda and presentations from the meeting can be accessed through the "City Council Documents" section of the city’s official website, www.cityofmyrtlebeach.com.
