YMCA Offers Free Insurance-Based Membership Options

The Treasure Valley Family YMCA in Meridian, Idaho, is offering insurance-based membership plans that include Silver Sneakers, Silver & Fit, and Renew Active. These programs are available through many Medicare Advantage and Supplemental health plans for eligible participants.

Individuals who qualify for these plans can enjoy benefits such as access to workout facilities, social activities, and the chance to meet new friends at no cost. Members have the option to add a second family member to their membership for an additional fee of $30 per month.

To determine eligibility, interested parties can contact their insurance provider or visit one of the four Treasure Valley Family YMCA locations. Those seeking to enroll should bring a valid government-issued ID and their insurance card.
