Last week, all supervisors at the Myrtle Beach Fire Department participated in a training session titled “Having the Difficult Conversation.” The training, facilitated by Chiefs Bob Wilson and Scott Boman from Advanced Selections, focused on leadership development and team growth. The department expressed gratitude to the chiefs for their valuable insights.
