Myrtle Beach to Close for Labor Day Holiday

Myrtle Beach recreation centers and city offices are closed today, Monday, September 2, for the Labor Day holiday. Normal operations and fitness classes will resume tomorrow, September 3. Solid waste and recycling will be collected on the regular Monday-through-Thursday schedule next week, including on Labor Day. Residents in Zone 1 on the south end of the city are advised to place their refuse out for collection as usual on Monday.
