The City of Myrtle Beach has issued a warning about a scam involving fraudulent vendors taking payment for applications for the Fall Fling event in October. They advise not to trust individuals on Facebook claiming to apply on behalf of vendors or requesting vendor applications/fees through the platform. This will not secure an application or vending spot at any City of Myrtle Beach event.
