Myrtle Beach Police Department in Myrtle Beach SC welcomed a new Detention Officer, Michael Hernandez, yesterday. He is the first in-service city team member. Hernandez completed pre-service training and attended the South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy over the last several months. The department is proud of his hard work and dedication to his career. They are excited to see the positive impact he will have on the community and the department. Congratulations to Detention Officer Michael Hernandez!
