New Decorative Crosswalks Under Construction in Myrtle Beach

Staff Report / MBlocal.org

Contractors are installing new decorative crosswalks at the intersection of Mr. Joe White Avenue and Kings Highway in Myrtle Beach. Most of the work was completed on Monday, November 18, and crews are finishing up today. Motorists should expect lane closures in the area this morning.

These new crosswalks use the same materials as those recently installed on Farrow Parkway at Hackler and Nevers Streets in The Market Common. The crosswalks are designed to be reflective across the entire surface, improving visibility.
