Author Jason Ryan will be discussing his book "Swamp Kings" at the Chapin Memorial Library on Saturday, December 16, 2024, at 1:00 PM. The book highlights a century of events surrounding the Murdaugh family in the Deep South, including their legacy and a high-profile murder trial. In addition to "Swamp Kings," Ryan will also talk about his other nonfiction works, which include "Jack Pot," "Race to Hawaii," and "Hell Bent." Books will be available for purchase at the event.
